Ingredients for biscuit:
250g of sugar
200ml of milk
300g of flour
1 table spoon of baking powder
Mix egg and egg yolk with sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the butter and milk and mix slowly, then add the flour and baking powder. Mix until you get a nice, smooth mixture. Pour it into a floured and greased baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180 deegres Celsius ( 356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. Cut the baked biscuit into identical cubes.
Ingredients for chocolate sauce:
100g dark chocolate
8 tablespoons of milk
250g shredded coconut
Cook milk and sugar until it boils. Then remove from the heat and add chocolate and butter. If necessary, return to low heat until chocolate and butter are completely melted. But you must not let it to boil.
Prick biscuit cube at the fork and plunge it into the chocolate sauce. Lay the fork with biscuit on the edge of the bowl to drain the excess sauce. Drained biscuit cube roll in shredded coconut.
Place them on a tray and let them to cool slightly. When they are cooled, serve these delicious choco coco cookies with cup of coffee or warm tea.
