All chocolate lovers will come into their own with this recipe. Very chocolate, very juicy and very tasty short description of the chocolate cake that will pamper your taste buds. It is simple to prepare and is not necessary to decorate it.
50 g sugar
200g dark chocolate
1 table spoon flour
1/2 bag of baking powder
8 egg whites
1 l cream
400g dark chocolate
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them in the snow.
Mix yolks and add sugar until you get a smooth mixture. Crumble the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a pot with butter on very low heat. Once completely melted, add mixed yolks and sugar to the mixture. Then add baking powder and flour and mix everything together well.
Add the egg whites to the mixture and mix well, but manually. Pour mixture into the mold and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
Whipp the cream in a bowl on low heat and immediately add dark chocolate pieces while stiring. Stir until chocolate is completely melted but cream must not boil.
If you want you can put whipped cream on the top of the cake.
