Coconut dream

Coconut dream is one of my favourite recipes for cakes with coconut. I really like Coconut and I like to make different variations of cakes with coconut. This cake is the perfect combination of two different biscuits connected with delicious vanilla cream. Coconut dream is tasty and juicy pleasure and you must try to make it.

Ingredients for coconut biscuit:

5 egg whites

150g of sugar

150g coconut

Instructions:

Mix egg whites and slowly add sugar. Mix until you get a strong snow. Then add coconut and mix manually until it all combines. Pour it in a floured and greased baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes. When it is baked put it away to cool down.
