Tasty little cookies with chocolate and hazelnuts which are so good that you can’t get enough of it. I usually prepare them when my kids want to eat something sweet. They can’t wait for cookies to cool down and this delicious cookies disappear in a moment.
150g brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon baking powder
200g chopped chocolate
100g hazelnuts (toasted, skinned and chopped)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and both kind of sugars in a bowl until the mixture gets fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour mixture with chocolate and hazelnuts and stir just until blended.
Take bit of that mixture into your hands and make small balls.
Put these balls in baking sheets and bake until the cookies are golden (cookies will flatten slightly), about 10 minutes. Cool the cookies on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes. Then transfer it to a cooling rack and cool completely.
The cookies can be prepared one day ahead. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
