Is it possible to make a delicious, tasty and soft rolls in only 30 minutes? Of course it is possible, if you follow this recipe for fast and fine rolls!  They are really  ready in just 30 minutes and you can make them in salty and sweet version. In this fast and fine rolls you can  put any fillings of your choice…ham, cheese, cottage cheese, Nutella, jam..etc. So..why dont you try it!

Ingredients for dough:

600g of flour

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

100 ml of oil

200 g sour cream

200 ml warm milk

1 instant dry yeast

1  tablespoon sugar

Instructions:

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add the oil and sour cream and stir. Separately, mix warm milk, instant dry yeast and sugar and pour into a mixture of flour, baking powder and salt. Knead into a smooth dough. Divide  dough into 4 parts and each part roll out to 1/2 cm (1/5 inch) thick .

Slice the dough into triangles and shape into rolls.

Put the rolls on a greased baking sheet and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.

fast and fine rolls before bakingBrush rolls with  stired yolk, sprinkle with sesame and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.

      Hi Jacqui! I used one small envelope of instant yeast! That is precisely 7g (0,75 oz)! I hope you will enjoy the rolls 😉
