Delicious Nutella combined with fine mascarpone, roasted hazelnuts that are as crispy feel on the palate and chopped hazelnut waffles. Well, you simply must try. Ferrero rocher cake is great, delicious and it doesn’t demand a lot of time for preparation.
Ingredients for the biscuit:
100g icing sugar
4 egg whites
130g dark chocolate
1 table spoon of cocoa
1 table spoon of vanilla extract
1 table spoon baking powder
Ingredients for the cream:
400g Nutella cream
400g of mascarpone
250g of roasted hazelnut (grind half of it and chop the other half into small pieces)
5-6 wafer hazelnut (grind or finely chop)
Start mixing butter and sugar. Slowly add yolks one by one and continue mixing. Than add chocolate (which you previously melted), cocoa and vanilla extract, milk and cream (not whipped).
Beat egg whites in the snow. In the first mixture, add the egg whites, flour and baking powder and mix well, but manually.
Pour mixture into the greased and floured cake pan 24 cm ∅ bottom. Bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (365 degrees Fahrenheit). When the biscuit is baked sprinkle it with a little bit of milk.
For the cream mix mascarpone and Nutella, and then manually mix nuts and wafer. Spread the cream over the top of the chilled biscuit. Decorate as you wish.
