ice cream cake

This is really a delicious cake. You will  feel like you are eating real ice cream. You can make this ice cream cake  at any time of the year. It is suitable for children’s birthday parties because the kids really love this cake. So why dont you try it?

Ingredients for biscuit:

6 egg whites

6 tablespoon of flour

6 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon Rum

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

100ml of milk

Instructions:

Mix egg whites with a mixer and slowly add the sugar. Mix until you get a strong snow. Then slowly add flour and mix manually. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured round pan diameter 28cm (11 inches).

ice cream cake procedureBake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes. When the biscuit is baked put it away to cool down. Boil the milk and add then put the rum and vanilla extract in it. When the biscuit is cooled down pour the hot milk mixture on it.

Ingredients for chocolate cream:

1 chocolate pudding powder

200 ml milk

4 tablespoon grated  dark chocolate

1 tablespoon of Rum

Instructions:

Cook the milk and when it begins to boil remove from the heat and  stir chocolate pudding, grated chocolate and rum in it. Put it back on the fire and cook until you get a solid mixture. Put it away to cool down.

Ingredients for Vanilla cream:

1 Vanilla pudding powder

200 ml milk

1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

Instructions:

Cook the milk and when it begins to boil remove it from heat and stir vanilla pudding  and vanilla extract in it. Put it back on the fire and cook until you get a solid mixture. Put it away to cool down.

Ingredients for yolks cream:

6 yolks

6 tablespoon sugar

250g butter

Instructions:

Mix the egg yolks and sugar until you get smooth mixture. Put the mixture on steam and mix it with electric mixer until it gets thick.

Put it away to cool down. When the mixture of yolks is completely cooled down mix the butter in it. Separate egg yolks mixture in two equal parts. Add the first part into the chocolate cream and other part of egg yolk cream add into the vanilla cream.

First pour chocolate cream on the biscuit and align it well. Then pour over the vanilla cream and also align it. Put on  whipped cream on the whole cake and leave it in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Decorate as you wish and serve chilled.
