Ingredients for biscuit:
1 tablespoon of baking powder
200g of flour
200ml of yogurt
Mix whole eggs with sugar until you get a smooth mixture. Then add yogurt, flour and baking powder. Mix for about 2 minutes. Pour mixture in floured and greased baking pan ( you can choose any shape of the baking pan..I usually use round baking pan with 24cm (9 inch) diameter) and bake at preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius ( 356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes.
Ingredients for the filling:
150ml of water
3 tablespoons of apricot jam
2 frozen grounded oranges (put two oranges in the freezer a day before)
Take baked biscuit and cut it in half lengthwise. Place one part of the biscuit on a platter and the second part crumble in a bowl. In crumbled biscuit add water, sugar, apricot jam and frozen grounded oranges.
Mix with electric mixer until you get a compact mixture. Spread that mixture over the first part of the biscuit which is on the platter.
Ingredients for chocolate glaze:
100g dark chocolate
3 tablespoons of milk
Melt the chocolate on steam and then add butter and milk. Mix until you get a nice shiny mixture. Put the chocolate glaze on top of the cake. Put the finished cake to the fridge and let it cool down well. Serve chilled and cut into slices.
