Kinder pingui is a perfect dessert that all children and adults love. Probably there are a lot of recipes for kinder pingui cake and I believe that each of these recipes is special in their own way but this one proved the best. This is my recipe for making this great cake. I hope you will like it .

Ingredients for biscuit:

6 yolks

6 tablespoons of sugar

4 tablespoons of flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 tablespoons of cocoa

6 tablespoons of warm water

6 egg whites

Instructions:

Mix egg whites until you get a strong snow and when it is done put it away. Mix yolks with sugar until you get a smooth mixture. Add water, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Then add egg whites but mix manually. Mix until you get a fine mixture. Pour it in a greased and floured baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius ( 352 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. When it is over leave it to cool down. When it is cooled cut in half to get two equal biscuits.

Ingredients for cream:

750 ml heavy cream

gelatin

200 g dark chocolate

5 tablespoons of  oil

Instructions:

Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Whip the cream and add the gelatine. Melt the chocolate on steam and then add the oil. Mix until you get a nice shine mixture. Put half of the cream at first biscuit sheet and pour half of the glaze.

kinder pingui cake glazePut second part of the cream on the second biscuit sheet and put it over the glaze with cream side down. Pour the rest of the glaze over the cake.

Leave in the fridge overnight and serve well chilled.
