This is my first recipe for marble cake. I tried a lot of recipes for this cake but I always get back to this one. It is easy and simple and contains ingredients that everyone has at home. This cake perfectly goes with cup of tea, coffee or milk. It has melting taste and this cake stay soft for few days…if it survive 😀
250 g sugar
10 table spoons of cold milk
3 table spoons of oil
scrubbed lemon peel
3 egg whites
1 tea spoon of baking powder
Slowly blend butter with mixer and add tree yolks , one by one, and than add sugar, milk, oil and lemmon peel. Put it away and blend tree egg whites to make strong snow.
Take mixture with butter, yolks and other ingredients and slowly add flour and egg white snow. Blend it slowly manually. Finally add baking powder.
Split that mixture in two parts. One part stays yellow an in the other part put two table spoons of cocoa.
Now spoon the mixture alternatively in the bundt pan.
When all the mixture is used up, take a knife and run along the mixture in the tin few times to get the marbling effect.
Bake the cake for 45 to 50 mins, until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Once the cake is cooled completely slice the cake and serve.
