Strawberry cake

This is my favorite cake. The first time my mom made this Strawberry cake for my  first birthday and she has been making it for my every birthday since. Because of that my familly call that cake Carolinas’ birthday cake 😀 Strawberry cake is juicy, tasty and refreshing and that makes this cake a perfect summer dessert.

Ingredients for biscuit:

4 yolks

4 egg whites

140 g [easyazon_link identifier=”B005EOTMA6″ locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″ cart=”n”]flour[/easyazon_link] [easyazon_cta align=”none” identifier=”B005EOTMA6″ key=”small-orange” locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″]

6 tablespoons of water

1 teaspoon of [easyazon_link identifier=”B00EIB2ZPU” locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″]baking powder[/easyazon_link] [easyazon_cta align=”none” identifier=”B00EIB2ZPU” key=”small-orange” locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″]

Instructions:

Mix egg whites until you get a strong snow and when it is done put it away. Mix yolks with sugar until you get a smooth mixture. Add water, flour and baking powder. Then add egg whites but mix manually. Mix until you get a fine mixture. Pour it in a greased and floured [easyazon_link identifier=”B0051GX5C8″ locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″]round baking pan[/easyazon_link] (28cm/11 inches diameter). Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius ( 352 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes. When it is over leave it to cool down. Do the same procedure to get two more biscuits.

1 tablespoon of [easyazon_link identifier=”B000RADQL8″ locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″]lemon juice[/easyazon_link] [easyazon_cta align=”none” identifier=”B000RADQL8″ key=”small-orange” locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″]

1,5kg of [easyazon_link identifier=”B0082WMM7C” locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″]strawberries[/easyazon_link] [easyazon_cta align=”none” identifier=”B0082WMM7C” key=”small-orange” locale=”US” tag=”handymtips03-20″]

Instructions:

Take 200ml of milk and add  cornstarch in it. Mix until cornstarch dissolves completely and put it away. Take 1,3 litres of milk and add sugar. Put milk and sugar to cook until it boils. Then remove from the heat and stir dissolved cornstarch in it. Take it back on low heat and stir until you get a firm mixture and put it away to cool down. When the mixture is cooled down add softened butter and lemon juice and mix well. Add whipped cream and mix manually.

Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into slices. Take the first part of the biscuit and cover it with the filling. Spread strawberry slices and cover them with the filling. Put the second part of the biscuit and repeat the procedure.

Cover with third part of biscuit and spread the rest of the filling all over the cake. Decorate as you wish and serve well chilled.

    you need to put your recipe in cup and teaspoon for people who can not figure out this.
