We are all used to lasagnas with meat, cheese or vegetables, but Sweet Lasagna Dessert is something else! This creamy dessert is great with any kind of main dish and it can be even served as a main dish. I was completely blown away when I tasted Sweet Lasagna Dessert and I’m sure that you will be too 😉
Take lasagna sheets and put them in boiling water for about two minutes. Drain all the fruit from the fruit mix because we will use only pieces of fruit and not the juice.
Mix white cheese with mascarpone cheese and add vanilla sugar, yolks, icing sugar, pieces of fruit and lemon peel. Mix until you get a nice smooth cream.
Spread melted butter over the bottom of Lasagna Baking Dish and then put 3 or 4 lasagna sheets to cover the bottom of the dish. Spread one third of the cheese mixture over lasagna sheets and spread 2 spoons of almond flour over it. Then put two lasagna sheets on that and repeat the procedure. Finish with cheese mixture.
Put lasagnas in preheated oven on 356° Fahrenheit (180º Celsius) for about 30 minutes. Then cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Leave the lasagnas to cool for half an hour, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
