Wet cake is a one simple and refreshing cake. Especially suitable for hot summer days. Cake is quickly prepared and it is light and tasty. Try the wet cake, it’s easy to make!

Ingredients for the biscuit:
3 eggs
12 table spoons of sugar
12 table spoons of oil
12 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
12 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Mix eggs and sugar to get white mixture. Than add milk and oil and continue mixing. Slowly add flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix until you get a smooth mixture. Put it into a greased and floured pan and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes.

Ingredients for dressing:
400ml of milk
7 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions:
Mix sugar and milk and put it at low heat until milk starts to boil. Move it from the fire and immediately pour over the baked and cooled biscuit.

Put it away for few hours until cake absorbs the dressing. Decorate with whipped cream and put it to the fridge. Serve cold and enjoy!
