This yogurt cake with cherries is  very easy to make but it is incredibly tasty. You can prepare it with any kind of fruit  but is best  to prepare it in the season of fresh cherries. Yogurt cake with cherries need only 30 minutes to be baked so that is the reason why you must try to make this delicious cake!

Ingredients:

200ml of yogurt

100ml of oil

200g of sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of baking powder

400g of flour

300g of cherries

Instructions:

Mix two whole eggs with sugar  until you get a nice bright yellow mixture . Then slowly add oil and  continue to mix.  Alternately add the flour with the baking powder and yogurt. Pour the mixture in the floured and greased baking pan. Clean cherry of seeds and spread them over the mixture.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius ( 352 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. When the cake is baked, take it out from the oven and put it away to cool down. The cooled cake cut into cubes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
